This December, Cross’ middle school student council held a fundraiser where students could enter a raffle for just $1 to pie a teacher of their choice.  In the winter sports pep rally, grades K-12 gathered in the gymnasium to watch lucky raffle winners pie a teacher of their choice. The effort raised over $300 for Cross Schools’ student council to fund “both middle school and school-wide events, like the middle school dance, field day, and Christmas Walk activities,” explained Bailee Adkins, middle school teacher and student council advisor.
